Sure! If you currently own a table tennis racket you can bring it to the lesson. Your coach will be able to evaluate your racket’s hit-ability level and make recommendations.
Also bring: water, towel, gym shoes, workout clothes.
If you don’t have a racket then your coach will find one for you to use.
