YES! Every table tennis lesson is adjusted to each players skill and fitness level.

Sure! If you currently own a table tennis racket you can bring it to the lesson. Your coach will be able to evaluate your racket’s hit-ability level and make recommendations.

Also bring: water, towel, gym shoes, workout clothes.

If you don’t have a racket then your coach will find one for you to use.

YES! You will pay with blood, sweat, tears and cash.

YES! Many children around the world start table tennis at 5 years old and seniors can play into their 90’s. It is never too late to start playing table tennis!

OH YES! Our National Level Coaches love to train advanced and competitive table tennis players and they will design your lessons to meet your needs. It is a great way to get ready for a big match or tournament.
